Laura is a full time studio artist with an extensive international exhibition record. Her award winning mixed media and fiber art is held in public, private and corporate collections. The abstract imagery explores the textures and rhythms of details from the landscape, often interwoven with eccentric grids. In 1998-99 she was honored with a Montana Arts Council Fellowship in Visual Arts, Mixed Media.

In addition to Percent for Art Commissions, gallery exhibitions and presenting workshops internationally, Laura curates and juries for fiber exhibitions and all media shows. Her imagery and writing are widely published.

A compulsive mark-maker, Laura lives in Billings, Montana where she gardens, walks along the Yellowstone River in the morning and tries to find the perfect balance between studio time and everything else.
